Terms and Conditions

I understand that if I am chosen to win the item listed in the quarterly giveaways that I am responsible for picking it up in person near Concord, NC (No shipping options are available). I agree that I forfeit my winnings if I am not a resident of NC, and I do not pick up the item within 15 days of winning announcement. I further agree that I am eligible to receive the item being given away and if the item is a firearm I will be required to fill out appropriate paperwork and or go through our FFL authorized dealer before prizes are released.

Any proceeds of the “Chip-In” for First Responders go to support the mission of The Partner Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization. All proceeds are distributed to qualifying recipients as outlined in the mission statement and by-laws of The Partner Foundation and benefit first responders and their families in the wake of critical incidents.

You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of North Carolina for entry to count. Winners must be at least 21 years old and successfully pass applicable background checks to take possession of any alcohol or firearm prizes.

By submitting an entry, you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess any firearm(s) won, have intention of using the firearm(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearms(s) won.

All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.

Winners will be announced within 48 hours at the conclusion of each yearly quarter. Notification can be made by either email or phone, or both using the name, phone number, and e-mail address listed on the submission form.

Winners and item/s won may be posted on The Partner Foundations website www.partnernc.org, The Partner Foundation newsletter and any social media platform that The Partner Foundation may utilize for such purpose. No additional information about the winner will be made public prior to claiming the winning item/s.

All winning items and/or Firearms are not transferable; the person designated on the submission form must claim the winnings. Proof of Identification must be presented to claim winnings.

Items won may not be exchanged for any other items/firearm, different caliber, cash, store credit or any other item.

All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply, including the state laws for the legal residence of winning ticket holders. The Firearm MUST be legal in North Carolina. It is your responsibility to know if the firearm and magazines (if applicable) are legal in your state of residence.

Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the item(s) won are legal in their state, city, or town, prior to taking possession. If The Partner Foundation is unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility for the winner to contact The Partner Foundation to claim their winnings.

In the event the winner cannot be contacted within 15 days of the drawing, the winning prize will be issued to a runner up.

ALL FIREARMS MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE WINNER IS DRAWN. Any firearms not claimed within this period will be reused for another winning item in a separate quarter.

The Partner Foundation makes no warranty of winning items; winners will deal directly with manufacturer if a problem arises.

The Partner Foundation limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket obtained (If any).

This program is void where prohibited. Prizes have been purchased with privately donated funds or donated all together.

NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS REQUIRED. You may submit an entry by simply filling out the contact form after scanning the chip (1 per household, per chip).
