A NEW INITIATIVE OF THE PARTNER FOUNDATION
The Lived Experience Network
WHEN WE CONNECT, WE SURVIVE.
Sometimes the person you need most is someone who's already been there. LEN is being developed as a private national connection network helping verified first responders find others who have personally navigated similar critical incidents, career challenges and life-changing experiences.
THE IDEA IS SIMPLE
Sometimes you don’t need someone who understands trauma.
You need someone who understands your trauma.
LEN is being built around lived experience. A first responder who has experienced an officer-involved shooting may benefit from connecting with someone who has survived one. A firefighter who has lost a partner may want to talk with someone who has walked that road. A dispatcher, corrections officer, EMT, or paramedic may simply need someone who understands because they’ve been there too.

WHAT LEN IS ———— AND WHAT IT ISN’T
A private connection network.
Built around lived experience.
A place for first responders to connect.
A bridge to trusted resources when needed.
LEN IS
Therapy.
Crisis intervention.
A replacement for professional care.
A place for politics, agency gossip, or judgment.
LEN IS NOT
BE A PART OF WHAT WE’RE BUILDING
L.E.N is currently being developed.
We’re building a national network designed by and for people who understand the realities of first responder service and trauma.
REAL PEOPLE.
REAL EXPERIENCES.
A STRONGER TOMORROW.
